Blogging Seminar Audio Part 1

This is part one of a blogging panel we put on at the Colorado Association of Mortgage Brokers 2007 Convention. I recorded the event with my ten year old MiniDisc player so the audio is not the greatest. There was a visual presentation as well, but I think most of the dissertation is just fine in audio only.

Part one is my presentation on my own experiences and how other can get started in blogging. Listening through, there are a few things that need correction.

1. Paul Cheny is actually the guy who interviewed me for Realty Blogging. Chris Bubny runs their blog.

2. I no longer recommend using Yahoo web hosting. More on that later.

3. There’s now well over 1300 URLS indexed into REMBEX. Up more than 200 from this seminar just over a month ago.

4. I had a very soar throat at the time. So there are a few delays where I had to drink some water. I thought about editing all of that out, but then I might not ever have had time to publish this.
