Todd Carpenter originated his first mortgage in 1992. Since then he worked as a loan originator, a wholesale account executive, and a Internet solutions company that serves the mortgage industry. With a client list of mortgage professionals to serve, Todd started lenderama.com in January of 2005. The mortgage industry’s first B2B focused blog grew far beyond his client list, and became his primary career. Lenderama is part of a network of real estate and mortgage web sites developed by Todd.

Mariah.com sites have received mention in RIS Media, Investors Business Daily, Inside Mortgage Technology, and Inman News. Todd was also invited to contribute to the Inman News Blog, and was Interviewed for the McGraw Hill published book, Realty Blogging. Most recently, Todd was named among the 25 most influential real estate bloggers by Inman News.
